Job Summary

A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Contract Senior Sourcer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract candidates
• Conduct behavioral-based phone interviews to assess technical baseline
• Manage candidates from initial outreach to phone interview

Required Skills:

• 5 plus years of sourcing/recruiting experience, in life-science, biotech or pharma
• Experience building diverse pipelines
• Expertise in passive sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networking
• Driven, positive, growth mindset a must
• Demonstrated success working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and ability to work autonomously
• Passion for science and innovation
