Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Contract Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing Terms and Conditions
• Reviewing and negotiating Non-disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Independent Contractor Agreements, etc

Required Skills:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent job experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience at negotiating IT services contracts on behalf of an IT services company
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with organizing and maintaining documents and versions in a document management system
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Google Docs equivalents
• Experience with eSignature systems such as DocuSign
