Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Contracts Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting, reviewing and providing counsel to clients on commercial transactions
  • Serving as the subject matter expert on consumer data privacy issues
  • Providing advice and counsel on issues and agreements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 5 years of experience In-House and/or with a law firm
  • Experience with a background in Data Contracts
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • At least 5 years of experience commerical contracts
  • Experience in B2B software
