Job Summary

An education technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Contracts Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with project team to draft, review, finalize and execute new customer agreements
• Assisting project teams in vendor registration and setup forms for new customers
• Liaising with company attorneys when terms and/or language are in question

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with and understanding of general contract terms and legal requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Highly motivated, conscientious, gritty individual with an eye for detail
