- Developing contracts management workflow
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all types of agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to explain complex legal, contractual and other concepts clearly and concisely
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience interpreting, drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts
