Job Summary
A clinical trial and research company is in need of a Telecommute Contracts Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting and negotiating appropriate terms and conditions for all types of agreements
- Ensuring contract terms and conditions are in alignment with national and international laws and regulations
- Working with Pricing, Vice President of Finance, President of Biopharma or Public sector, Project Analysts
Qualifications for this position include:
- University degree, preferably in Business Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Requires five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Legal, Paralegal, and Contract Management
- Advanced degrees can substitute some years of experience
- Previous experience with a focus on administration and negotiation of contractual documents
- A high proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software
