Job Summary
A gaming test company has an open position for a Telecommute Contracts Paralegal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts
- Managing of the contract life-cycle
- Tracking and reporting contract compliance requirements and audit contract file
Position Requirements Include:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or
- Equivalent experience in a related position in lieu of education requirements
- Must have knowledge of legal publications and periodicals and procedures for extracting information
- Ability to supervise establishment and maintenance of Department records and files
