Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Controller.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning, continuously iterating & optimizing the day-to-day accounting functions
• Monitoring and reviewing the month-end closing process
• Ensuring the accuracy, and dimensionality of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience as a Manager at Big 4 or national accounting firm (required)
• 10 + years of total experience (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role will regularly interact with the CFO and an external senior audience
• Human-centric communication - Ability to effectively convey knowledge to non-technical internal and external customers
