Telecommute Controller Vice President

Job Summary

A publishing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Controller Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Optimizeing cash flow/working capital management
• Acting as key liaison with parent company’s internal audit department
• Being responsible for calculation and payment of US & foreign corporate income and indirect taxes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent educational and on the job experience
• 10-15 years of experience in financial positions of increasing responsibility, and 3-5 years as Controller
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting principals
• CPA required; Auditing experience; Compliance-oriented
• Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Experience with financial reporting requirements both internally and externally
