Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4 years Conventional Underwriting or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of agency guidelines, documents and terminology
- Knowledge of automated underwriting systems
- Ability to assess and identifying causes and generate possible solutions
- Ability to maintain a minimum productivity level of 4 new loans per day
