An IT and service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Core HR Oracle HCM Deployment Senior Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers
• Working with and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growthgrowth
• Working with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM

Position Requirements Include:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent
• Knowledge of HR processes
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
