Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Cornerstone OnDemand Software Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to clients using to resolve application issues
  • Manage multiple concurrent support cases
  • Document issues, recommendations, requests and next steps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong/Proven customer service orientation and experience
