Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Cornerstone OnDemand Software Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide support to clients using to resolve application issues
- Manage multiple concurrent support cases
- Document issues, recommendations, requests and next steps
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong/Proven customer service orientation and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand products
