Job Summary

A biotechnology product development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Corporate Accounts Customer Experience Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop consolidated reporting mechanisms
  • Work with client and AMT leads to manage cost optimization initiatives
  • Create and manage database of all customer contracts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Domestic travel up 10% to 15% of the time
  • 5+ years financial, sales or sales analysis/operations experience
  • Microsoft Excel and Access skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence co-workers
  • Powerpoint skills
