Job Summary
A biotechnology product development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Corporate Accounts Customer Experience Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop consolidated reporting mechanisms
- Work with client and AMT leads to manage cost optimization initiatives
- Create and manage database of all customer contracts
Position Requirements Include:
- Domestic travel up 10% to 15% of the time
- 5+ years financial, sales or sales analysis/operations experience
- Microsoft Excel and Access skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence co-workers
- Powerpoint skills
