Job Summary
A healthcare analytics company is seeking a Telecommute Corporate Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Provide legal advice and counsel around healthcare technology contracting to management and other key stakeholders
- Structure, draft and negotiate client service agreements, technology/licensing agreements and other commercial agreements
- Provide ongoing legal counseling and pro-active support in the areas of intellectual property and regulatory compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- A J.D. degree from a top law school and membership is required in either the state bar of residence, or California or Texas
- 5-7+ years of legal experience at a top national law firm and/or in-house position
- Experience as a transactional attorney
- Experience in developing and executing upon intellectual property protection strategy
- Experience with corporate governance, corporate record keeping and stock option administration
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
