Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Coding Manager in the Southeastern Region.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the liaison between the across multiple hospital departments and corporate coders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure coding quality, productivity, ICD-10 and dual coding training, and standards are being met and/or exceed expectations
Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience as a leader
- Strong process management and improvement skills
- RHIA, RHIT or CCS with AHIMA ICD-10 Trainer
- Five plus years of coding experience
- Three years of HIM Management experience
