Job Summary

A company providing enterprise software support and services is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Closing a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Providing legal services and advice to the company as needed
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and transactions

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited American law school
• 4 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney
• Currently licensed to practice law in the employee’s state of residence
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
• Experience supporting an internal sales organization strongly preferred
• Experience working for a tech company preferred
