A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and address relevant industry regulations
- Partner closely with our sales team and stakeholders across departments to achieve the company's revenue goals
- Structure and negotiate complex SaaS commercial transactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in house or at a recognized law firm
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Experience with complex SaaS or Software Sales transactions
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
