Job Summary

A media company is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
• Perform legal review of video and editorial content
• Research and advise on various legal issues

Required Skills:

• BA/BS degree and J.D. degree with admission to one or more state bars in good standing
• 3+ years of legal experience in a law firm or media company environment
• Superior communication, writing, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical orientation, and an ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions
• A demonstrated ability to work independently while serving a variety of departments within the company
