Job Summary
A legal staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate Counsel Attorney in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing in-house corporate attorney support in evaluating processes and executing tasks
- Helping to identify areas of process improvement, development and gaps for effective/efficient functioning of corporate legal function
- Assisting with administration of corporate policies, including insider trading policy
Position Requirements Include:
- Jusris Doctorate
- 5-7 years of corporate experience
- Must be admitted to the bar in the state they are working in
