Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the M&A process from sourcing to implementation
  • Serving as an integral member of the company’s strategic planning effort to identify, assess and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Performing due diligence on new acquisitions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree and above
  • 4+ years of combined top-tier corporate development, private equity, and/or investment banking focused on healthcare
  • Experience making effective decisions through the analysis of information and proficient deal analysis, negotiation, and execution
  • Competency in business modeling and valuation
  • History of successful deal management
