A network of consumer product brands is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research the market landscape
- Build extensive network with key industry players
- Partner with senior executives to develop of M&A strategy, priorities and pipeline
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience reviewing legal agreements
- Experience originating and driving deal processes and diligence
- Deep experience with building financial models
