Job Summary
A nonprofit network of travel service providers has a current position open for a Telecommute Corporate Domestic Travel Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Booking domestic reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals
- Responding to requests for domestic price quotations
- Remaining informed of all airline rules, regulations, and current affairs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of four (4) + year’s active Travel Consultant experience
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, fares and domestic markets
- Proficiency on specified GDS
- Knowledge of domestic faring and ticketing procedures
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
- Demonstrated internet research skills for customer information
