Job Summary

A PreK–12 math curricula provider is seeking a Telecommute Corporate Event Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Scheduling and planning corporate and customer-facing events
  • Setting-up and coordinating hosted events including scheduling and coordinating all details regarding the meeting
  • Conducting market research, gathering information, and negotiating contracts prior to closing any deals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to attend some events
  • At least 3 years of experience planning corporate events
  • Ability to successfully negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and other vendors
  • Excelled in verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
