Job Summary

A group of dental entrepreneurs is seeking a Telecommute Corporate Event Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Planning, finding locations, negotiating contracts with hotels, vendors and more
  • Directly managing AV vendors, catering, hotel management, check in process
  • Managing stage design, table design, vendor booths, opening reception

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be willing to travel to be onsite for events
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator
  • Portfolio of previously managed events
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Sales/Negotiation skills and ability to build productive and strong business relationships
