Job Summary
A group of dental entrepreneurs is seeking a Telecommute Corporate Event Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Planning, finding locations, negotiating contracts with hotels, vendors and more
- Directly managing AV vendors, catering, hotel management, check in process
- Managing stage design, table design, vendor booths, opening reception
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be willing to travel to be onsite for events
- Proven experience as an event coordinator
- Portfolio of previously managed events
- Excellent time management skills
- Stellar communication skills
- Sales/Negotiation skills and ability to build productive and strong business relationships
