Job Summary

An environmental platform has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Lawyer in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of contract management systems and ensuring company process compliance
• Register legal contracts in registries and support the international legal team in any other issues
• Be responsible for advising the business regarding the evolving legal framework and legal document archival

Required Skills:

• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar
• At least 2 years of legal experiences, preferably with initial law firm training
• Experience working with commercial agreements, including NDAs, software licensing and SAAS agreements
• Exposure with privacy law compliance in commercial agreements and be a team player
• Experience prioritizing work, providing advice under deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Must be fluent in English including contract drafting and have a flexible style and approach to solving problems
