A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and filing documents for corporate, limited liability company and partnership formations
- Preparing and filing Form SS-4s to obtain EINs
- Preparing basic organization documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal supporting transactions at a law firm or corporation
- Ability to prioritize and juggle many moving tasks at one time
- Keen attention to detail and deadline driven
