- Monitoring agents and make sure they are sticking to their schedules
- Helping travel agents issues tickets
- Motivating and managing the team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on the end result
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Minimum 2 year's experience as a booking agent
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time
- Proficient with city codes, airline, hotel and car rental codes
