Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Operations Associate Manager in Birmingham.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring agents and make sure they are sticking to their schedules
  • Helping travel agents issues tickets
  • Motivating and managing the team members

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on the end result
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Minimum 2 year's experience as a booking agent
  • Working knowledge of a GDS System
  • Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time
