A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate Paralegal.

Must be able to:

• Maintain corporate compliance for current and acquired legal entities

• File annual reports and other documents

Qualifications for this position include:

• Five years or more of corporate governance or related legal experience with a law firm or in-house
• Stellar organizational and interpersonal skills
• Skillful project manager with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects
• Excellent judgment and demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
