Job Summary

An international law firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Corporate Paralegal.

Must be able to:

• Perform the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities
• Manage stock option plan implementation and administration
• Coordinate closings and prepare related documents and closing books

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of high school diploma required
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment in dealing with highly confidential information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
