A hospitality services software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting efforts
- Partner with hiring managers
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of sales roles and the skills required for such positions
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and internal relationships
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
