Job Summary

An agricultural products and services retailer is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively supporting execution of Retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
  • Acting as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment to the business
  • Guiding and coaching hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience assisting stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
