Job Summary
An agricultural products and services retailer is in need of a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Actively supporting execution of Retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
- Acting as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment to the business
- Guiding and coaching hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience assisting stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
