A construction industry technology company is seeking a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling full-cycle recruitment for our full suite of non-tech roles
- Using excellent judgement to source and vet applicants based on needs of roles across our organization
- Using an unbiased yet targeted approach to secure a strong pipeline of candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders
- Ability to successfully work both independently and on a team in an ambiguous, work from home environment
- Experience executing on diverse and innovative sourcing strategies
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting
