Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment across multiple offices/departments
- Conduct background/employment verifications
- Use in-depth sourcing strategies to connect with top talent, building a bench of talent for roles across the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
- Ability to relate and interface well throughout levels of the organization
- Analytic and communication skills
- Strong technical ability with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
