- Handling bankruptcy related legal matters
- Advising on corporate restructuring related legal matters
- Working with creditors, debtors, and debt purchasers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-10+ years of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy experience
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Demonstrated experience in general bankruptcy and restructuring
- Prior private practice experience at a full-service corporate law firm
- Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
