Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consulting with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in their department
- Defining criteria for search; conduct interviews; assess and rank candidates
- Conducting Background Checks through third party provider
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 5 years professional recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools for researching and sourcing talent
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience
- Must have a client service mentality to appropriate influence hiring managers in making good sounds hiring decisions
