A travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Travel Consultant in Memphis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
- Respond to requests accurately and completely
- Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years' experience in the travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledgeable of travel industry systems, GDS Apollo skills a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
