Telecommute Corporate Travel Specialist

Job Summary

A travel consulting service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Corporate Travel Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Service incoming calls from both direct consumers and travel agents, offering flight and pricing options and
• Book hotels in GDS for passengers who may need assistance, and provide excellent customer service
• Assist passengers to get their preferred seats and updating their itineraries with Mileage numbers

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 5 years of Sabre experience with booking and ticketing duties
• Working knowledge of Airline and industry policies
• Strong Microsoft Skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Troubleshooting skills and other GDS experience helpful
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
