Job Summary

A private mortgage lending service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Corporate Underwriter.

Must be able to:

• Support and responds to investor audit requests that come in from all loan types
• Comply and respond to each audit assignment by providing a complete print stack customized to each individual investor
• Review print stacks according to the prescribed Scope of Review before delivery

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Strong knowledge of basic guidelines
• Must be adaptable and learn to quickly use experience and knowledge to instinctually resolve issues
• Strong ability to communicate and build trusted relationships
• Ability to mitigate any reputational risk with all investors
