A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Correspondence Representative .

Must be able to:

• Collect data and analyzes trends in adverse determinations and timeliness of decision-making
• Communicate to management teams outcomes of analysis and collaboratively
• Assist in development of improvement strategies for compliance with regulations

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma (GED) (or higher) OR equivalent experience
• Must have pharmacy technician license
• 1+ year prior customer service experience in a contact center setting
• Extensive home delivery pharmacy process knowledge and/ or prior experience working in a pharmacy benefits management role
