Job Summary

A telemarketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Navigate multiple systems
  • Use chat to ask and receive internal support

Required Skills:

  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Desktop or Laptop with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 only
  • All peripherals must be wired (Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, or Headset are NOT allowed)
  • A separate 19” Monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution
  • DSL or broadband internet with download speed 3.0 MB; upload speed 1.5MB
  • All other requirements listed by company
