A university needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Covid 19 Contact Tracer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Calling contacts of newly diagnosed patients
• Communicating with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
• Collecting and recording information on symptoms into database

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel occasionally to conduct in-person interviews
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or public facing position
