Skills and Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Licensed and active CPA
- 3-5 years of tax firm experience
- Big 4 experience preferred but not required
- Self-starter who can lead projects with minimal supervision from management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
