Job Summary
An IT infrastructure provider is filling a position for a Telecommute cPanel Systems Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with management and team to improve the Customer Experience
- Troubleshooting Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu), Apache, MySQL, cPanel and PHP
- Answering Tickets, Emails related to the platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work collaboratively within a team setting via face-to-face and Internal Chat
- Understanding of IP Address Subnetting and CIDR
- Strong background in technology and Linux systems, specifically cPanel, Wordpress etc
- Strong analytical skills and pattern recognition
