Job Summary
A research organization has an open position for a Telecommute CRA Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating corporate goals to the CRA group and models corporate culture through vision, action, and learning
- Identifying opportunities to improve service and increase quality and efficiencies
- Coordinating the activities of the CRA service group in consultation with CRA director
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment
- Highly motivated, results driven with unyielding predisposition to detail, accuracy and clarity
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills are necessary
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, with at least 8 years of experience in monitoring within pharma and/or CRO
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze situations and achieve goals
- Strong organizational and project management skills
