Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Telecommute Creative Optimization Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Producing optimization research, recommendations, and tests (like User Testing and A/B Experiments)
• Creating systems (like databases or project management systems) to organize and improve our work
• Providing proactive website analysis (using tools like Google Analytics), opportunity research, and performance benchmarking

Required Skills:

• You’ve worked with transactional websites i.e. ecommerce, lead generation, etc.
• You understand how conversion optimization works and why it’s important
• Have analytics experience and understand website and digital metrics
