Job Summary
A graphic design company has an open position for a Telecommute Creative Services Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Shaping and scaling the company's sales organizations
- Executing on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Driving customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel for events, public speaking engagements, and company retreats
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years sales experience selling into large enterprises, closing new accounts, etc
- 4+ years experience in hiring, managing, and developing front line and second level sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts
- Strong customer references around customer passion, long-term relationships, and solving problems
