Job Summary

A graphic design company has an open position for a Telecommute Creative Services Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Shaping and scaling the company's sales organizations
  • Executing on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Driving customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel for events, public speaking engagements, and company retreats
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years sales experience selling into large enterprises, closing new accounts, etc
  • 4+ years experience in hiring, managing, and developing front line and second level sales leadership
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Strong customer references around customer passion, long-term relationships, and solving problems
