Job Summary

A digital storefront is in need of a Telecommute Creative Support Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer tickets via chat, email and social media
  • Troubleshooting product issues, reproducing them for dev team and keeping track of their status
  • Owning help docs, writing new articles and keeping docs helpful and up-to-date
