Job Summary
A media company is seeking a Telecommute Creator Success Media Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the customer lifecycle to proactively drive adoption and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
- Owning strategic initiatives for the Success Organization that will achieve Company objectives & goals
- Collaborating with Marketing to identify and convert successful creator's into advocates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or
- Equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or talent management
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and phone demeanor
- Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work independently
