Job Summary

A media company is seeking a Telecommute Creator Success Media Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the customer lifecycle to proactively drive adoption and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
• Owning strategic initiatives for the Success Organization that will achieve Company objectives & goals
• Collaborating with Marketing to identify and convert successful creator's into advocates

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or talent management
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and phone demeanor
• Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work independently
