Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Credit and Collateral Documents Frontline Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing each loan to ensure compliance
  • Communicating the credit decisions effectively both internally and externally
  • Underwriting residential mortgage loan packages for contract underwriting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Expertise in underwriting proficiently to GSE standards
  • 3 years current customer facing, frontline experience
  • 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
