Job Summary
A financial technology service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Credit Collections Support 2.
Must be able to:
- Use judgment to make decisions which effectively balance risk, quality, productivity, and corporate objectives
- Educate customers on terms and conditions and alternative payment methods
- Understand the customer’s circumstances and negotiate payment arrangements
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
- Basic accounting and Skip Tracing knowledge
- Basic accounting and Skip Tracing knowledge Analytical skills
- Sound decision making/judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information Organized/Time Management ability
